Brad handles day to day operations of large losses that occur in our area. He has been with the company since August 2014. Brad is certified in IICRC WRT, OCT, and FSRT. He is an active member of his church, enjoys traveling and anything Auburn!
Justin Buckner
Wilson Storm Team Manager
Justin is the Storm Manager for SERVPRO of Birmingham and has just recently joined our team. He has known several staff members for years and finally has come aboard to manage our national storm teams. He comes to us from a 100-year-old family owned company where he was the General Sales Manager for the past 7 years. He is an Alabama native where he was born and raised in Springville, where he now owns a farm with his wife Jessica. He is a seminary graduate and is the director of a local non-profit that supports short term missions trips. In his spare time, you can find him riding his tractor or playing with his three dogs.
Jeff Rice

Jeff serves as our Production Manager and started with SERVPRO in August of 2008 as a crew chief. January 2009 he was promoted to Production Manager, where he has been for 10 1/2 years.
Jeff likes helping homeowners in their time of need.

Adam West
Marketing Support Coordinator
Adam is Marketing Support Coordinator (MSC) for SERVPRO of Birmingham and has been with us since October of 2018. A graduate of Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL with a Bachelors in Recreation Management. He spent the last 12yrs of his life working for non-profits until recently changing. During that time he was also the Student Pastor for a local Church in Alabaster, AL. where he learned to create both video and graphics content. Adam handles all the media content which is produced for both SERVPRO of Birmingham and the Wilson Trainership. This ranges from the weekly Facebook Live videos we do to the podcast we create for those under our trainership.
